We are looking for an AI Consultant to develop and implement an AI-driven solution that can analyze candidate responses to assess truthfulness and consistency during the recruitment process.
Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Artificial Intelligence Consultant to help us integrate AI-driven analytics into our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP), with a focus on behavior analysis and deception detection.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop or implement AI tools to assess candidate responses for truthfulness using NLP, voice analysis, or facial recognition.
2. Analyze behavioral cues, linguistic patterns, and inconsistencies in candidate responses during interviews or assessments.
3. Recommend or integrate existing AI solutions that specialize in deception detection.
4. Ensure ethical AI use, maintaining compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws.
5. Train and fine-tune AI models based on recruitment-specific datasets.
6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine AI-assisted candidate screening.
7. Provide insights into AI-driven recruitment strategies and optimize hiring processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in AI, ML, NLP, or behavioral analytics.
2. Strong knowledge of AI-driven sentiment analysis and deception detection.
3. Experience working with AI tools such as OpenAI, IBM Watson, or similar platforms.
4. Understanding of ethics in AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
5. Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate assessment tools is a plus.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
2. Experience in HR Tech, recruitment automation, or behavioral AI.
3. Prior experience implementing AI in real-world recruitment or security settings.
