To provide an administrative service to Recovery at Home South Tyneside and Sunderland supporting the delivery of an efficient and effective service to patients, service users and colleagues. Ensure accurate and timely inputting and updating of patient details, appointments and information into clinical records. To provide an initial point of contact for patients, service users and colleagues accessing the service via telephone calls. To work as part of an integrated team.
