Job overview
Are you an experienced administrator with excellent administration and communication skills along with excellent customer service? We are looking for a full-time Administrator to join the friendly team at i-Rock Horsham District based in Horsham Youth Centre.
This is an interesting and varied position that would suit an experienced administrator who is motivated and flexible, able to work well within a team and organise their own workload. Good time management skills and attention to detail are essential.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are required for this role. You will need to demonstrate a professional and confident telephone manner and be able to liaise effectively with other teams and agencies.
Main duties of the job
This role is to provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to the i-Rock team. Tasks include taking telephone enquiries, diary management, arranging appointments, correspondence, email management, spreadsheet management, data inputting, and minute taking.
A good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.

We are a busy, friendly, and caring team, based at Horsham Youth Centre. We provide secretarial and administrative support to a variety of clinical staff across West Sussex.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

* Good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above or equivalent
* RSA 3 or equivalent experience
