The successful candidate will work under the supervision and leadership of The Health Visiting Service. We require you to have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, creative, and flexible in your approach, and be able to work alone as well as within a group setting to deliver public health / health promotion to families with children that are primarily 0 - 5 years of age.

If you have an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years, Care & Education or equivalent qualification, experience of working with children and their families in a community setting, a driving licence with access to your own vehicle, and are looking to join a forward-thinking & proactive Health Visiting team committed to improving the health outcomes of children, families, and communities, then please come and join us.
