Reporting to:
Main Duties
1. To provide branch administration and sales support to new and existing retail and wholesale customers.
2. Attend to incoming communications to the office.
3. Assist with day-to-day office administration.
4. Liaise daily with the Council Bereavement Services Team.
5. Potential (with training) for yard work / manual handling.
Requirements
1. Good all-round education, training where needed will be given.
Abilities:
1. Polite and friendly manner.
2. Good communication skills with a sympathetic and dedicated approach.
3. Well organised, with IT skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
4. The ability to work without supervision.
5. Flexibility to change days/hours as required.
6. Manual handling / assist with yard work and undergo relevant training.
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri opening – attendance to be decided – flexible – 20 hours per week.
