This Construction Contractor undertakes a broad range of Projects within the Commercial Office, Light Industrial and Logistics sectors.
This role can be part-time, to suit candidates with school age children OR 4 days per week.
To support the Senior Management team the company are looking for a reliable and versatile Office Administrator, to undertake a broad range of tasks spanning the functions of finance, document control, purchasing, IT Administration, HR Administration.
Based in an office in Sonning, near Reading, this person will be supporting the Office Manager in a broad range of tasks including, but not limited to, the following:,
1. Input all Sales and business costs via Sage and Construct.
2. Invoice processing
3. Respond to internal/external queries regarding supplier payments.
4. Assisting with Creditor and debtor account controls
5. Assisting with payroll, including PAYE records.
6. On-line banking processes
7. Setup New employee records on Payroll system including tax codes
8. Coordinate the company Pension Scheme and liaise with provider.
9. Book hotels/travel arrangements
10. Purchase all office supplies/general requirements
11. Assisting with document control system in relation to ongoing projects
12. Assisting with mobile phone contracts
13. Manage fuel cards
14. Undertake DBS Checks, security clearances, driving licence checks
15. Provide internal support to Directors on use of Sage and other software tools.
