This role is integral to our team, encompassing both strategic and operational responsibilities throughout the employee lifecycle. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, reporting to the Director of Operations while closely interacting with other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, implementing HR strategies, and supporting various HR processes to align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage Recruitment Process: Source, screen, and interview candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings using various sourcing channels. Talent Management: Talent Acquisition: Fully manage the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and successful onboarding. Succession Planning and Development: Assist in developing and implementing succession planning and talent development programmes. Performance Management: Support the performance management process, ensuring timely completion and quality feedback. Employee Experience and Engagement: Engagement Initiatives: Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Wellness and Recognition Programmes: Organise employee wellness and recognition programmes. HR Strategy Implementation: HR Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organisational growth. Data-Driven Decisions: Collect and analyse data to provide insights for HR decision-making and support change management initiatives. Employee Relations: Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing best practices, policies, and procedures to avoid where possible employee relations issues. Issue Resolution: Handle employee relations issues with assistance where required. HR Technology and Analytics: HR Technology Utilisation: Utilise HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Data Analysis: Generate reports and analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Technology Awareness: Stay informed about emerging HR technologies and suggest potential applications. Business Understanding: Industry Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our business model and industry trends. Workforce Planning: Participate in workforce planning discussions, providing relevant HR insights. Budget Management: Assist in developing HR budgets and tracking HR-related expenses. Learning and Development: Programme Design and Delivery: Support the design and delivery of learning programmes that enhance employee skills. Impact Measurement: Help measure the impact of L&D initiatives on employee performance. Day to day HR Administration: Employee records and data management. Payroll and benefits administration. Onboarding, offboarding, and attendance. Compliance and reporting. Employee support and communication. About You: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: Approximately 3 years of post-qualification generalist HR experience. Certification: CIPD level 5 (or working towards) qualification or equivalent professional HR certification preferred. Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR technologies and basic analytics tools. Knowledge: Understanding of Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and UK employment laws and HR best practices.
