The Role:
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This key role involves managing incoming referrals, guiding clients through the conveyancing process, and building strong relationships with partners and clients. If you're an experienced sales professional with a passion for customer service and an interest in the property or legal sector, this is an exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle all incoming enquiries and provide accurate quotations for conveyancing services.
2. Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to final decision, offering clients guidance on the benefits of our services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, ensuring up-to-date communication and rapport-building.
4. Stay informed about property-related news and changes in the law that may impact the conveyancing market.
5. Achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monthly targets.
6. Oversee the distribution of instructions to the legal team, in collaboration with the Head of Legal Practice.
7. Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through the process.
8. Undertake various administrative tasks as required and support team meetings.
9. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
10. Explore career progression opportunities in other areas of the firm.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous sales experience (ideally within the property or legal sector).
2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and partners effectively.
3. A positive and collaborative approach, with a team-oriented mindset.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
5. A keen interest in the property and legal sectors.
