Job Responsibilities Client servicing - Prepare annual review meetings - Initiate reviews using CRM reminder and CRM system - Send LOAs for signing & request information - Arrange meeting with the client and prepare meeting file - Review report - Prepare recommendations for paraplanner and implement recommendations - Platform & CRM maintenance New clients - Initial onboarding - Arrange meetings with new prospects - Follow-up summary - Issue and send LOAs – with tracking - Client updates on progress - Prepare recommendations for paraplanner and implement recommendations - Platform & CRM maintenance - Welcome pack/app registration Communications - Send quarterly updates and send ad-hoc updates Mortgages.
