This school provides exceptional education for students aged 11-19. About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be instrumental in supporting students' academic growth. Working alongside teachers, whist they cannot be in class, creating a learning environment that enables students to thrive academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students, ensuring their understanding and engagement. Delivering differentiated lesson plans and learning resources planned by the teacher. Providing one-on-one and small group interventions to reinforce key concepts. Tailoring support for students, helping them overcome learning challenges. Monitoring student progress and reporting on development to help shape ongoing support strategies. Fostering a positive, inclusive environment where all students feel supported in their educational journey. Candidate Requirements: Strong proficiency in Maths and English (up to GCSE level ). Experience working with students as a TA or similar. A genuine passion for helping students succeed, with patience, empathy, and adaptability. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
