In this role, you will be working as the sole IT Business Analyst within a development squad in our issuer services business line. You will be working closely with the development teams to provide high quality software solutions as well as working with our product teams and non-technical stakeholders. Some other key responsibilities: Write high quality, clear User Stories. Provide vision to the team for items on Product Backlog. Support estimates for User Stories based on the relative sizing scale used in your team. Run effective stakeholder workshops – always looking to keep things interactive and fun Become a domain expert within your business line and associated systems. Ensure backlog is balanced and represents items demanded across multiple business units. Work with Business Owner to constantly maintain a prioritised Product Backlog. What will you bring to the role? As this role is a sole IT Business Analyst within a development squad, you will have to come with previous experience of working with development squads in a complex environment. As this is a BA role, you will also have to have excellent stakeholder management skills to build relationships with both technical and non-technical people from all levels across our business. In addition, you will contribute to the Analyst community, promote innovation, and share knowledge of industry best practices, closely collaborating with a large network of stakeholders, so a passion for Business Analysis is key.
