Compensation and Benefits:
* Basic Salary £25,000 - OTE £50,000

Responsibilities:
* The Business Manager is responsible for introducing all customers to our range of finance and insurance products.
* Ensuring the smooth handling of customer documentation and payment.
* Responsible for leading the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of finance and insurance related products and selling them appropriately to customers in a regulated, process-driven manner.
* Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss finance and insurance options.
* Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
* Maximise impact of showroom and external vehicle display areas.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years’ experience within a business manager role within the motor industry.
* Experience within regulated and process led environments.
