Salary: Up to £65,000 + Performance Bonus

Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive leader to take the helm of a well-established nursing home. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care while supporting and inspiring your team. Strong commercial awareness will be key, as you’ll be responsible for financial performance, compliance, and service development.
The home itself offers a warm and welcoming environment, featuring bright communal spaces, a spacious conservatory, and beautifully landscaped gardens where residents can relax and enjoy their surroundings.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings (essential).
* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management) or a willingness to work towards it.
* NMC registration with a valid PIN (desirable but not essential).
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Business acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
