Job Overview: We are seeking 2 x Senior Test Analyst's and 1 x Test Lead with SAP S/4 HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing testing strategies for SAP implementation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules, including Success factors, functional testing methodologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications for SAP S/4 HANA modules.
2. Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance tests to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
3. Identify, prioritize, and report defects and issues found during testing, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
4. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements and provide input into testing strategies and approaches.
5. Conduct end-to-end testing of SAP S/4 HANA modules, including interfaces and integrations with other systems.
6. Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and integrity of data processed by SAP S/4 HANA systems.
7. Participate in system and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including coordinating test execution with business users and stakeholders.
8. Utilize testing tools and methodologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
9. Document test results, findings, and test execution metrics, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases, patches, and updates, and assess their impact on existing testing processes and procedures.
11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of testing activities within the organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a SAP Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead, with expertise in testing SAP modules such as Sucess factors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, etc.
3. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
4. Hands-on experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, or Jira.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
8. SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or testing-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB) is desirable.
9. Experience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies is a plus.
