The Best Connection are looking for Reach Truck Operators/Factory Operatives to work for one of our clients based in the Chesterfield area.
You can earn up to £18.66 per hour (Overtime higher pay rate) after 37.5 hours per week
Hours of work:
Days 06:00-18:00 (Please note you will be working only 8 of the 12 hours)
The Role:
You will be working in the goods in/out and the shop floor areas. Collecting stock and moving stock from dispatch via Power Pallet Truck and Reach Forklift truck (You will have to do an assessment for the Reach Forklift Truck). Part of this role is hand picking orders too. Other duties will be loading and offloading lorries via a forklift, shrink wrapping and labelling goods ready for dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE ONLY 80% OF THE WORK WILL BE USING THE FORKLIFT
Requirements:
* Must be able to lift heavy goods
* Will be on your feet for some of the shift
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Must hold a Reach Forklift licence
* Goods in/out experience
* Must agree to a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening (carried out in house by Client - no cost)
