Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy Development & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with TAAS’s growth objectives. Identify opportunities to maximise brand awareness, engagement, and online revenue generation. Website Performance Optimisation Oversee website strategy, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives conversions. Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and traffic. Lead continuous website improvements based on user insights and analytics. Social Media Campaign Management Develop and execute high-impact social media campaigns that boost engagement and brand advocacy. Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across platforms. Leverage data to refine social strategies and maximise reach. Content Strategy & Development Lead the creation of engaging digital content, including video, blogs, and graphics, tailored to different audiences. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives. Audience Engagement Build strong relationships with online communities, increasing supporter interaction and advocacy. Develop personalised digital experiences to enhance engagement and retention. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights. Use data to inform strategy and continuously improve digital marketing effectiveness. Digital Income Generation Drive online fundraising and e-commerce strategies, maximising digital income streams. Explore innovative ways to enhance donor and supporter engagement through digital channels. About You Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a track record of leading successful strategies. Expertise in website optimisation, social media strategy, content marketing, and digital fundraising. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience in SEO, PPC, paid social media, and CRM marketing. Passion for using digital marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and income growth.
