We are recruiting a driven and motivated Payroll Administrator to join a well-established company based in the Leicester area. This role is crucial in ensuring the weekly and monthly payroll operate smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator role:
1. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees.
2. Maintain compliance with payroll legislations.
3. Manage and update employee payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders.
5. Address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
Requirements of the ideal Payroll Administrator:
1. Previous experience in a similar role dealing with high volumes of data.
2. Knowledge of payroll software and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
3. High level of accuracy and good attention to detail.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
