What You'll Be Doing:
1. Own the recruitment process - manage vacancies from start to finish, ensuring quality hires.
2. Build strong partnerships - collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted hiring strategies.
3. Get out and about - visit sites, engage with teams, and create tailored recruitment plans.
4. Use your sourcing skills - leverage online platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify the best candidates.
5. Lead the candidate journey - screen CVs, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process with a first-class experience.
6. Keep hiring managers informed - provide updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
7. Strengthen employer brand - write engaging job adverts, promote opportunities, and enhance visibility.
8. Train and support - coach hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.
9. Stay ahead of the game - use data, market mapping, and salary benchmarking to inform hiring decisions.
What You'll Bring:
1. Proven experience in recruitment (in-house).
2. Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
3. Strong sourcing and direct recruitment expertise across various channels.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
5. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
6. Full UK Driving Licence (for site visits as required).

1. Experience recruiting technical or specialist roles.
2. Exposure to multi-site or high-volume recruitment.
3. A creative flair for writing social media content and job advertisements.
