Acorns Childrens Hospice Trust are looking for a Store Manager for our Tewkesbury Superstore to lead a team of volunteers, achieve set targets and create an exceptional experience for every customer. Youll work 37.5 hours per week, including some weekend working. Every year, we support over 750 children and nearly 1,000 families, including those who are bereaved. We have a network of charity shops across the West Midlands and Gloucestershire, which help to provide the funds that we need to provide this care. As Retail Superstore Manager you will: provide inspired leadership and motivation to a team of volunteers and deputy managers act as an entrepreneur to maximise every sales opportunity available, reviewing sales reports and making decisions based on the data and trends these reports show create an exciting shop floor experience that makes Acorns stand out from our competitors make decisions about the quality of stock, levels of pricing and style of merchandising manage collections and deliveries of furniture and large items About You Retail experience and experience of working towards targets Experience of leading and motivating a team IT skills Happy to work weekends Enjoy a role that involves significant levels of manual handling Ability to coordinate a schedule of deliveries and collections What We Offer £29,000 - £35,000 per annum 37.5 hours per week Employee discounts from leading retailers Employee gym discount scheme Bike-to-Work scheme Generous contribution to group personal pension plan Acorns group life assurance scheme You need to be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
