With a HQ in Sydney AU, we are now looking to strengthen our UK team with an Operations Manager. About the Role: You will take overall responsibility for the running of our Codham distribution centre and client service including: dispatch, logistics, purchasing, inventory, cost control, and yard management. Managing the current operations team, and additional team members as the team grows We are an ambitious business with strong growth targets: there is scope for the role to take a wider role in opening and managing additional depots across the UK. About You: Understanding of assembly and manufacture systems management. Ideally have experience in scaffold yard management, construction industry logistics. Proactive organisational and time management skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and Inventory Management Interested in innovation and product development. Problem-solving skills – can offer creative solutions. Excellent communicator with strong leadership and mentorship skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Self-driven and ability to work as part of a team going above and to achieve perfect delivery. Experience in international shipping and planning purchasing from overseas manufacturers. Willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving business..
