On behalf of Royal London, we are looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager for a 6 month contract based in London - Hybrid working. Purpose of the Role: You will engage with diverse teams to analyse and enhance key business processes within the Client Group. Your role will involve identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing improvements. By refining and documenting these processes, you will help manage risks and drive greater value for both the firm and our customers. As the Business Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for: Reviewing existing key business processes for their efficiency and alignment to the business strategy. Proposing improvements to business processes including applying digital solutions where possible. Mapping and documenting key business processes for Client Group linking to the current project portfolio. Identifying key stakeholders between the Client Group and the rest of the organisation and RL Group. Reviewing procedures architecture for Client Group. Designing and implementing key process improvement activities such as performance measurement MI and standardisation opportunities. What we require from the candidate: Knowledge and experience within Investment Management or Banking Sector. Experience as a Business Process Analyst - or similar role. Understanding of Business Process Management concepts and methodologies. Experience within process automation. Accuracy and attention to detail. Stakeholder Management. Influencing skills.
