Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled PA/Project Support Officerto join our team within the Rehab and High Support (RHS) Care Hub.
What will you be doing?
As aPA/Project Support Officer, you'll play a key role in the development and successful delivery of strategic programmes within the RHS Care Hub, supporting the Senior Leadership Team.
Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, including:
✨PA & Administrative Support:
• Offering high-level, confidential PA support to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.
• Handling reports, absence tracking, training compliance, and more.
✨Project Management:
• Supporting the planning, monitoring, and delivery of a range of projects.
• Ensuring high standards of documentation, risk management, and reporting.
• Coordinating meetings, workshops, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
✨Line Management & Staff Development:
• Managing administration staff, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Assisting in recruitment processes and providing support for staff development.
What are we looking for?
• Organisational expertise: You’ll need to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Project management skills: Prior experience supporting or managing projects will be essential.
• Communication excellence: You’ll be the go-to person for various teams, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with systems like MS Teams, Oracle, and ESR.
• Autonomous problem-solving: You’ll need to manage a busy workload and navigate challenging situations with initiative.
