Job Description Summary
At Adobe, our higher education business in the UK/EMEA holds immense strategic importance. We're in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable technical selling professional with education industry experience to drive the adoption of our Education offerings like Adobe Express, Creative, Acrobat, and Sign. Reporting to Education Solution Consulting Director, you will play a key role on the sales team’s selling and driving regional Go-To-Market initiatives, building and encouraging vital partnerships with institutions that define Adobe's future in education. Your primary sphere of influence will be among students, academic leaders, and executive administrators.
Hiring Requirements
University degree or equivalent experience.
Experience of 5 years or more in a technical role, preferably customer-facing experience working as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, etc.
Knowledge of the higher education market, complemented by a well-established network within the university community, and expertise in areas such as student recruitment, enrollment, student experience, and student success is highly valuable.
What you’ll do
Hands-on demonstrations of our Creative / Document Cloud applications such as Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Sign to help customers reinvent education and student outcomes, share technical deployment standard methodologies to drive consistent and growing active use.
Work on an education-focused team of dedicated, passionate professionals building pitches and solution demonstrations that convey the positive student outcome benefits of Express, Creative Cloud, and Acrobat solutions in teaching and learning.
Collaborate with our marketing team in their execution of Adobe-led customer-facing events, further solidifying Adobe's influence within the education sector.
Establish a presence for Adobe at higher education industry events that will improve Adobe's market perception and thought leadership among the key decision-makers.
Enable customers to more fully adopt our solutions.

What's needed to succeed
* Existing skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative and Document Cloud applications and services. Specifically, Adobe Express, Acrobat, and Creative Cloud solutions.
* Show us that you are eloquent with a consultative approach.
* You're good in front of a crowd and can persuasively present your ideas!
* Every single day is different; being flexible and able to work in a complex environment and switch contexts when vital.
* Proven track record to build a value proposition, and to effect change in your environment through persuasive storytelling as well as research/data proof points.
* Adept at managing and growing in a sophisticated, highly matrixed setting, with a strong skill for leading through influence.
* Strong interpersonal skills in developing lasting relationships with multiple team members, partners, and customers.
* Ability to learn new technology quickly.
* Some travel required.
* French or German fluency is a differentiator.
