The cleaning team operate in small teams and so if you like the idea of working together in a close-knit team to get the job done, then this is the role for you. Day to day responsibilities: Ensure cleaning schedule is maintained. Gutter and bin clean Deal with any customer or client requests. Ordering and maintaining stock levels. Communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers. Attend and participate in training and information sessions relating to Health and Safety and relevant processes. Help us to achieve our aim of becoming the ‘contractor of choice’ by providing excellent service to our customers and working closely with our partners. Ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policies. The right fit Full UK driving license You will have previous experience in delivering cleaning services including gutter and bin clean in line with the clients’ requirements. You must be able to demonstrate reliability. You need to be methodical, accurate and have a keen eye for detail. You’ll have excellent standards of communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work as part of a team. High degree of initiative to complete jobs by target date and deadlines. Ability to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers. Ability to plan and prioritise workload. Full awareness of relevant Health and Safety requirements and considerations.
