Role: Recruitment Resourcer – c.9 month FTC
Location: Hybrid, based out of Alcester 2-3 days per week with occasional travel
Salary and benefits: £27,000 basic, 23 days annual leave, blue light card plus other benefits

The Role
Reporting into a Recruitment Manager, you will support our Recruitment Team to effectively attract and retain the right people to deliver their business objectives and enhance our reputation in the market. To proactively source hard to fill roles reaching a passive candidate audience allowing us to diversify our talent pool and reduce time to hire.
What you’ll do
1. Prioritising key roles as directed by Recruitment Manager to plan and execute a strategic sourcing strategy beyond traditional advertising methods
2. Support a range of salaried roles according to business needs and support office roles as required, generating candidates and clearly monitoring progress to share with the Recruitment Manager
