We’re looking for an HR Adviser to join our clients team on a 6-month fixed term contract, playing a key role in delivering effective HR support across the business. Based in Edinburgh, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\n * Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees\n\n * Supporting with employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances\n\n * Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes\n\n * Helping to implement HR policies and procedures\n\n * Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n\n * Previous experience in an HR Adviser or similar generalist HR role\n\n * Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice\n\n * Strong interpersonal and communication skills\n\n * Ability to manage a busy and varied workload with confidence\n\n * CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable\n\nWhat’s on offer:\n\n * Competitive salary up to £34000\n\n * Excellent Benefits\n\n * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid options available)\n\n * The chance to be part of a welcoming and collaborative team\n\nIf you're ready to hit the ground running and bring your HR expertise to a role where you can really make a difference, we’d love to hear from you
