The School & Role ABC Teachers are seeking a Complex Needs Support Worker to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. We work closely with a range of SEND and Alternative Provision Settings, providing long-term placements and day-to-day bookings for teaching assistants. As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will: ✔ Provide personal care and assistance with daily tasks. ✔ Support students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). ✔ Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure individual needs are met. ✔ Assist with educational activities and enhance student engagement.
