Client Services Administrator - York
We are working with our client on the outskirts of York to recruit an experienced Client Services Administrator who will provide administrative support to Sales, Management and Course Tutors.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Reception duties, including managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.), welcoming visitors & delegates, hospitality, lunches, tidying, customer queries, office supplies/ordering.
2. Course booking administration.
3. Hotel bookings for candidates & staff.
4. Production of course handouts and presentation material.
5. Post-course administration including letters and processing certification and creating & updating database records.
6. Petty Cash management.
7. Developing and maintaining excellent client working relationships.
8. Administrative support to Management, Sales and Course Tutors as required.
9. Assist colleagues as and when required.

1. Good communicator at all levels, written and verbal.

3. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
4. Excellent organisational skills.
Hours Of Work
8am - 5pm Mon to Thursday, 8am - 4.30pm Friday.
