There's never been a better time to join us What we’re looking for… A highly motivated and talented Website & CRM Manager within our Marketing team. As the Websites & CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and management of our brand websites and CRM strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the websites and CRM deliver an exceptional user experience and drive customer engagement and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include As a Websites & CRM Manager your responsibilities will include; Lead the development and implementation of the overall websites and CRM strategy Manage brand websites content and functionality, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience Optimise Shopify brand websites performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to collect 1P data Oversee the Klaviyo CRM systems, including data management, segmentation, and targeted campaigns Analyse and report on website and CRM performance, providing actionable insights Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation Supporting brand agencies with website and email requirements for brand activities What you’ll bring The successful candidate will have; Proven experience managing multiple websites content and CRM systems Creation of email content plans Building emails and sending emails Understanding and demonstrate knowledge of data protection principles Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and CRM platforms Experience with data analysis and segmentation Familiarity with digital marketing channels and best practices Excellent project management and organisational skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Understanding of data protection What we offer… We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive culture where your voice can be heard.
