Hours per week: 38
Hourly rate: £12.20 per hour
Shift pattern: Working 5 days out of 7. This position is every Saturday and Sunday therefore you must be flexible to work these days.
If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

So, just what would you be doing if your application was successful?
You will play an integral part in the day to day running of the catering area within our venue by delivering excellent customer service. Your tasks will include:
1. Providing excellent customer service.
2. Providing refreshments and snacks to customers.
3. Promoting offers to customers.
4. Handling cash and giving change to customers.
With us operating within the gambling industry, there is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all of our venues, as well as complying with and following strict gambling legislation.
Who are we looking for?
Firstly, as a company in the gambling industry, we need all staff and applicants to be 18 or above.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about great customer service and able to deliver it. Our staff members need to be outgoing, confident and ambitious. As with any business, timekeeping is essential, therefore we expect you to be on time, presentable and ready to be a great brand ambassador. We require flexibility to meet the needs of the business across our roles.
Within this role you must also demonstrate key leadership qualities and be comfortable supervising a small team at times. Barista or catering experience is essential, and you must adhere to strict legislations regarding health and safety and food preparation as well as our gambling legislations.
