Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Facilities Management, and a solid understanding of Supply Chain operations. In this role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high-quality standards, and assist in optimizing processes across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage workflows, address operational challenges, and implement improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Assurance & Quality Control: Oversee and monitor all quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards. Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production and operational processes to identify potential improvements. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements across all operations. 2. Facilities Management: Coordinate and monitor daily facilities operations, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed. Manage inventory of facility-related supplies, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment. Ensure that health and safety regulations are strictly followed within the workplace. 3. Operational Efficiency: Track and report on key operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process optimization. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational workflows. Ensure timely resolution of operational issues, coordinating with relevant teams to address any disruptions. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the Operations Director with tasks. Help facilitate training sessions for new team members on quality and operational procedures. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, quality control, or facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or similar industry. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and practices. Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ISO standards or other industry certifications in quality management. Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Knowledge of facilities management software or tools
