VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Service Administrator for a major Security Systems focused company based in Belfast.
This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday.
Permanent position - Position of work is Belfast (Castlereagh).

Responsibilities:
* Logging & assigning service calls using CASH software.
* Dispatching engineers & ensuring paperwork is completed to the criteria required.
* Providing excellent & efficient customer support.
* Liaising with clients via email & telephone, including booking appointments/arranging access & maintaining accurate customer records.
* Work interdepartmentally to support colleagues & to ensure the business is run effectively & efficiently.
Essential Criteria:
* 2 years experience in the same or similar role.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear instruction.
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word & basic knowledge of Excel.
* Experience using the same or similar business system software.
* Problem-solving & working to deadlines.
* High standard for organisation.
* Ability to work on one initiative.
