This is a dynamic role perfect for someone eager to contribute across multiple HR areas. Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment law. Handle disciplinary and grievance processes. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UK employment law. Coordinate training programs and support employee development. Assist in managing employee benefits. Support HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture. Requirements: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it). 2-3 years’ HR experience, ideally in a similar-sized organisation. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
