They are passionate about empowering individuals and organisations with the knowledge and skills to combat evolving cyber threats. With a recent investment into the business, our client is now set for their next phase of growth. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the public sector, government, and large corporate markets. Research and understand client needs, pain points, and budgets. Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Accurately forecast and track sales performance against targets. Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and methodologies. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Required Skills and Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the training industry. Strong understanding of the sales cycle and pipeline management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
