Job Summary Working with the UK TIP Insight team on all areas of the telematics business from install through to on boarding customer and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Ordering, managing and distributing stock. Managing installs with TIP depots and Install partners. Assisting with pricing and sub contracting of all installed units. On boarding customers and carrying out customer training sessions. Supporting customers with any questions and issues on the platform. Qualifications/Requirements Good communication skills. Data handling/problem solving – often requiring the combination of different sets of data from different locations in order to create a single set of data, as well as create new reports from scratch Multitasking – Ability to maintain/complete different types of tasks simultaneously Good understanding of Excel (vlookups and pivot tables basic requirement) additional training will be given.
