Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for customer service and order management? We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to ensure smooth order processing, resolve shipment issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
As Customer Service Specialist responsibilities include:
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
Liaise with warehouses, logistics, and internal teams to resolve order and shipment issues.
Support customer service and sales teams by handling order inquiries and escalations.
Manage complex accounts, process replacements and returns, and ensure export control compliance.
Perform system testing and updates on Microsoft Dynamics D365 .
Analyse order processing and shipments to identify and implement improvements.
Experience required:
We're looking for candidates with:
3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or order processing.
Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and D365 preferred).
Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A proactive and organised approach, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
