They are looking to bring in a Child Care Solicitor to join their Newcastle upon Tyne office, adding to their highly respected and established Children and Safeguarding Team. Joining the team, you will be working on a full and varied caseload of care proceedings, adoption proceedings, access arrangements, child support and maintenance, family disputes and domestic and international relocation issues. You will also represent parents and children in court and conduct your own advocacy. The firm works with a range of clients, including both private and public work, making this a really great opportunity for an individual who can handle a full range of Child Care matters and is committed to providing the best service to clients of all backgrounds. Our client envisages the successful solicitor to have 5 years PQE including substantial experience in public and private law Child Care work. It is essential that you are Children Law Panel accredited for this role.
