Job Title: Payroll Implementation Consultant
Salary: £55-60,000 + discretionary bonus
Location: Home – travel for team catch-ups once a month

Responsibilities:
Provide tailored consultancy services to a portfolio of customers, developing strong relationships to meet their unique needs.
Achieve utilisation targets, ensuring a significant portion of your time is chargeable. Provide timely reports on utilisation metrics.
Lead software implementation projects, integrating new systems with existing ones. Conduct assessments, plan implementations, and offer post-implementation support.
Coordinate with legacy providers and internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions, facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, applying best practices in project management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a consultancy role, with a focus on payroll software implementation.
Strong understanding of payroll legacy systems and their integration challenges.
Excellent project management skills and a track record of delivering complex projects.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting in a fast-paced environment. Interested?
