In this Trainee Print Press Operator role, you will: Set up and operate production equipment Monitor the production process and conduct quality checks Clean and perform basic maintenance on work areas and machines Report equipment faults to your Supervisor Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement Provide support to the Production Manager Could you be part of this fantastic team? Full training will be provided for the Trainee Print Press Operator role, but you should possess the following: Previous experience as a skilled or semi-skilled production/machine operator Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions A keen eye for detail Basic computer skills A willingness to take responsibility for ensuring quality control and adherence to company procedures Ability to work as part of a team Initiative to work independently when necessary A safety-first attitude A good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of quality A desire to develop skills and knowledge to support business needs Hours Monday to Wednesday 06:00 - 16:00, Thursday 06:00 - 15:30.
