Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 1-3 years of SaaS sales closing experience.
* Experience selling high volume deals to smaller machine shops ($20k-$50k deals).
* Adept knowledge of CNC machining processes and CAD/CAM software.
* Fluent proficiency in German.
About the Role:
* Collaborate with the CEO and founding team to craft, A/B test, and optimise the sales playbook to ensure top performance throughout the team.
* Execute on inbound leads, and analyse sales metrics to provide solutions that will improve both your own and team performance.
* Partner cross-functionally with the product team to deliver customer feedback that will assist the tech team in improving the product.
