Our client is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to be based in Inverness. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced induvial to join a professional office environment and work within a collaborative and supportive team. This is a varied role and duties include:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors including mailbox and diary management.
2. Provide document control and administrative support to the team.
3. Accurate input and maintenance of client records within data regulations.
4. Management of expenses and petty cash.
5. Filing, typing and editing documents.
6. Manage telephone calls and correspondence, dealing with enquiries and forwarding calls to the appropriate contact.
