Location: Southwark, North Greenwich, Stratford (TfL Head Office buildings)LONDON,SW1V 1PX
Contract Length: 3 months initially (potential for extension)
Pay Rate: £27.54 PAYE / £30.10 Umbrella

About the Role:
We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the management of four TfL Head Office properties. This is a key role focused on delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Works, and additional tasks through Vinci engineers and supply chain contractors. Ensuring compliance across all buildings is a critical aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of PPMs, Reactive Works, and additional projects.
Manage FM contract compliance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct monthly performance audits and generate reports.
Provide operational focus on customer relationships, contract retention, and service delivery.Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in Facilities Management and FM Contract Management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer relations and negotiation abilities, particularly in challenging environments.
Effective people management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Operational focus on process management and commercial performance.Application Process:
