The HR Technology team is one of the amazing teams within our Employee Experience & Services area. Our small yet mighty group wants everyone to feel as passionate about Workday as we do We strive to make our HR processes as efficient as possible, collaborating cross-functionally and providing outstanding customer service. As our Workday Analyst, Absence, you’ll be the go-to for all things Workday Absence. Whether it’s creating new absence plans, maintaining current plans, or loading EIBs, you’ll keep everything running smoothly. Responsibilities include: - Tweak and Tune: Configure and maintain Workday Absence. Team Up: Work with HR Tech, HR Resources, Global Benefits, and others to turn their business needs into system magic. Fix and Finesse: Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues to keep our data clean and our customers happy. Build trust in ourselves, our team, and Workday. Optimize and Innovate: Monitor our help desk, do root cause analysis, and review our processes to make them even better. Lead and Inspire: Take the lead for enhancements and projects, driving improvements across our Workday system and our CSL processes. Stay Ahead: Keep up with Workday releases and new features and suggest the best ways to enhance our system. Analyze and Advise: Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: - 3 years overall HRIS experience 2 years Workday configuration in a global work environment Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field Proven experience with configuring and optimizing Workday's Absence module. In-depth knowledge of HR workflows and absence management best practices. Strong understanding and application of Testing, Change Control and Data Governance Processes. Outstanding skills in managing stakeholders, interpersonal interactions, and communication. Applying both conceptual and practical thinking. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, demonstrating proficiency in analyzing, creating, and effectively communicating suitable solutions. Self-directed and able to manage changing priorities and expectations to align to business objectives.
