SEN Tutor Job Duties: 1. Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). 2. Develop individualised learning plans based on students' strengths and weaknesses. 3. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic and social skills. 4. Monitor progress, assess learning outcomes, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. 5. Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to students' development. Qualifications: - A relevant degree in Education, Special Educational Needs, or a related field. - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable. - Experience working with students with SEN in an educational setting. - Understanding of various learning difficulties and strategies to support students with SEN. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
