Key Account Lead – Property Management Services
Are you an experienced Property Management Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? MRG is partnering with Cushman & Wakefield to find a Key Account Lead to deliver a mandate with one of their largest clients. This is a leadership opportunity to manage the surveying element of an established client’s diverse property portfolio, including Retail, Industrial, Offices and Leisure.
We are looking for a strong leader in Property Management, someone who has managed a smaller mandate in the past and is ready to take on a larger responsibility, grow their leadership skills, and enhance client relationships. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a dynamic, fast-paced team and oversee the delivery of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the transformation of “next ” Property Management services for a varied portfolio.
* Manage and lead the Surveying team, ensuring service excellence and consistency.
* Oversee the surveying element of the contract, ensuring it aligns with client expectations.
* Implement account governance across all service lines to drive operational efficiency.
* Deliver monthly Account Reviews with key stakeholders, building strong client relationships.
* Manage projects such as mobilisations, and high-profile transactions.
* Own and manage UK KPIs, ensuring performance meets and exceeds expectations.
* Support the UK Account Lead and deputise in their absence, ensuring smooth operations.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes, project delivery, and portfolio understanding.
* Produce account forecasts and guide C&W Skill Line Leads to support growth.
Qualifications:
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.
* RICS qualification or equivalent professional body accreditation.
Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally with large fund accounts.
* Broad experience in property management and surveying, including business development.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a desire to grow your leadership capacity.
* Excellent planning, organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
* A track record of successfully delivering complex property management services and projects.
