About the Senior Customer Success Manager, Demand UK Role After enjoying significant success, Onetag is now scaling internationally in both Europe and the US and is now looking to hire a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Demand Customer Success team in the UK. As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will report to the Global Head of Customer Success and will join a rapidly scaling team. You will collaborate with the Demand Sales team to build deep, long term relationships with agencies and brands who leverage Onetag technology and services for transacting their brand’s campaigns via Enhanced Open Auction, PMPs & curation deals. You will manage all aspects of the pre and post-sale process. This includes building premium inventory & data segments, creating private marketplace (PMP) deals, managing deals and reporting, troubleshooting, and post-campaign performance analyses. What You’ll Do: Working in an ad tech startup means that things often change and we adapt to the growing and changing needs of the business.
