As a Registered Branch Manager, you will: Serve as a CQC Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. develop a large team providing direct care to users with complex care needs Manage budgets to meet targets and oversee recruitment, supervisions, and appraisals. Foster relationships with service users, local authorities, and other stakeholders. Implement quality assurance systems for continuous service improvement.
