You'll be responsible for the delivery of our services on our Fabulous Corporate Client site, primarily to an Iconic location in Southampton!
About the Role
* Responsible for the operational delivery of Technical Services, Cleaning, Catering and Grounds Maintenance across sites at Southampton, Bristol, Exeter and Salisbury - you will be based at Southampton mainly, with monthly site visits to the other locations.
* Responsible for 3 direct reports and 20 indirect reports.
* Hands-on role when required, dealing with suppliers, contractors and staff.
* Engaging with client to ensure their satisfaction with our service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
* History of managing the operational delivery of both Soft and Hard FM Services (Hard Services management experience is essential, but no technical qualifications needed).
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
* An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong Leadership and communication skills.
