Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that align with our organization's Ambition strategy, business objectives, and goals.
2. Utilizing your strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales through strategic communications, oversee the development of impactful campaigns and execution through channel strategies.
3. Effectively manage agencies, including the management of contracts, terms and conditions, ensuring agencies are clear on our strategic approach and can execute efficiently.
4. Oversee our marketing technology platforms, ensuring a clear strategic approach; experience with SEO, Salesforce, and Marketo tools is advantageous.
5. Manage the website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and effectively communicates key information to the market.
6. Ensure strategic alignment with European communications strategies and initiatives.
7. Manage the budget, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources to maximize ROI.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and ensure customer centricity.
9. Support internal communications strategies to keep the internal audience engaged and connected to business activities, supporting the achievement of our overarching strategy.
10. Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of communications initiatives.
11. Undertake regular retrospectives, reviewing campaigns and striving for continuous improvements.
Who you are:
1. Solid relevant experience in a communications role.
2. University Degree Level Qualification in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Proven experience in agency management and executing successful campaigns.
4. Agricultural knowledge preferred, but not essential; training can be provided.
5. Experience in budget management and optimization to ensure cost-effective communication strategies that deliver ROI.
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data/information into strategy.
7. Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire others to deliver against strategic objectives.
9. Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
