✨ Role: Night Support Worker
Location: Bridport
Contract: Full-Time/Part time
Salary: £13.05 to £13.37
Key Responsibilities:
Support and Monitoring: Providing consistent, vigilant support during the night to ensure the safety and well-being of people, including responding promptly to any needs or emergencies.
Health Management: Assisting people with medical conditions like epilepsy by following their Emergency Epilepsy Protocols and administering rescue medication if needed during a seizure.
Environment Maintenance: Maintaining a calm, secure, and clean environment throughout the night, ensuring that any issues are addressed to support a safe living space for the people.

You are compassionate and dedicated person with a strong commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You thrive in environments that require vigilance and attentiveness, ensuring the safety and well-being of those in your care throughout the night. With excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, you adept to the unique needs of people.
